DEAD HORSE BEACH

           It was a beautiful fall day and there was an invitation to
   visit and explore a favorite destination, Dead Horse Beach.
        This flotsam salad, an archeologists dream, is also a worth-
   while sample of natural wonder and beautiful decay.

NYC STOREFRONTS

           I know we've all felt some aspect of the soul sucking sound of gentrification, usually 
            in rents and real estate, but also in the loss of of a beloved store, restaurant or small 
            business. These are the backbone of neighborhoods throughout the city and they 
            deserve our support. I've been documenting many of these for over a dozen years.
